4000 Horizon Hill:
Among the scores of 1980s multifamily product that was built in Texas, Horizon Hill is truly a unique property. Many of the aspects of the property make it unique for its age, including the standing seam metal roofs, distinctive architecture, washer dryer connections inside the units in nearly all the units, and vaulted ceilings on top floors of the buildings. The Property truly feels more like a condominium complex rather than an apartment community and could be repositioned to compete with the A-class properties in the area.
Northgate Village is a low-density, 264-unit, two-story, garden style community built in 1985. The Property’s layout is both aesthetically appealing as well as unique to the market as many of the units (64 one-bedrooms / 40 two-bedrooms) are townhome style. Current amenities at the Property include two swimming pools, outdoor storage and fire-places in select units.
